Geoffrey gets excited from time to time

Hi! It's been a little while since we posted, and I'm sure that anyone who reads this is dying for an update on the little guy, so, I think that it's high time for me to post another short video.

Kristin and I were raising our hands up and Geoffrey was in his exer-saucer, and he was imitating us, albeit with more screaming than we were doing ;-)

Anyway, please enjoy!

Geoffrey learned to wave today...

Well, we've been remiss in not posting on here for a little while. I apologize for that. The news of the day is that Kristin taught Geoffrey how to wave today. It's pretty cool. He retained that through a nap and was able to do it for his daddy when I got home. :-)

I'm going to try to post the video of this, so hopefully it'll work.

Just a few photos

Geoffrey's face seems to be lengthening out a bit towards what his toddler face is going to look like. What do you think? hmmmmm?

Thursday, February 5, 2009

Well, it seems that it's official now. Geoffrey is crawling, and is a quick little guy when he wants to get somewhere. He's also been standing up and holding onto things frequently since the other night.

I think that he has gotten his developmental gas pedal floored at the moment. He's had quite an impressive 2 1/2 weeks. He only sat up on his own for the first time 2 1/2 weeks ago. He's an awesome little guy.

:-D

He STOOD up!!!!

OMG, how can we do anything but marvel at how rapidly Geoffrey is developing! Tonight, right after the Super Bowl, Geoffrey pulled himself up to a standing position in his Pack-n-Play.

This parenthood thing is one of the coolest experiences!
Enjoy!

Back from New Jersey

Well, we've all just returned from the trip to New Jersey for Julie's wedding. We all had a very nice time and the wedding was lovely.

We've gotten home, and are now about to watch the SuperBowl. Go Football!

I'm sure there'll be more to come on this blog as time moves on, but that's it for the initial post.
